HEIMTSA

HEIMTSA (Health and Environment Integrated Methodology and Toolbox for Scenario Assessment) brings together an international team of scientists in the areas of epidemiology, environmental science and biosciences, to collaborate on developing and applying new, integrated approaches to the assessment of environmental health risks and consequences, in support of European policy in transport, energy, agriculture, industry, household and waste treatment and disposal.

Environmental health 2011
This conference, to be held from 06-09 February 2011 in Salvador, Brazil, will provide an interdisciplinary platform to exchange knowledge and learn about the latest issues in environmental health.
Contributions for oral and poster presentations can be submitted until 17 September 2010. Fore more information please visit the conference website.
Environmental Health Risk 2011
Environmental Health Risk 2011 is the 6th International Conference on the Impact of environmental factors on Health, and will take place 25-27 July 2011 in Riga, Latvia.

Children's risks starting from the womb
This NewGeneris conference on children's risks of early exposure during pregnancy will be held 18-19 January 2011 in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Abstract submission is possible until 10 September 2010. More information is available at www.newgeneris.org.
Indoor Air Quality in Different Living Settings
This conference will be held 18 October 2010 in Brussels, Belgium, organised with the support of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. It offers the opportunity to present results of investigations and consequences in terms of decision making and is an event open to all sectors.
Case studies can be presented as abstract, poster or article and can be submitted until 15 September. Further information can be found HERE.
From human biomonitoring to policy: a sustainable ‘marriage’ between health and environment
This event is being organised within the scope of the Belgian EU-presidency. It will be held 27-28 October 2010 in Brussels, Belgium.
The event aims to bring together scientists, public and occupational health professionals and policy makers to promote human biomonitoring as a regional, national and European policy tool in Environment and Health.

2-FUN Summer School on Gnostic Approach to Small Sample Data Analysis
The project 2-FUN is organising a summer school on gnostic and robust methods in data treatment from 22-25 June 2010 in Prague.
